Collaborated with Kylie Rowe Co. as a leadership development instructional designer to develop the Immersive In-Person program for Soccer Shots DMV.
Kylie Rowe Co. (KRC) is a tech-based leadership development training company that combines experiential and introspective curriculum with modern best practices, developing individuals, and teams anytime-anywhere.
Kylie Rowe Co. offers various services within the leadership development space, including an Immersive In-Person Program for groups aimed at 10-plus teams across different organizations.
This Immersive In-Person Program develops entire teams or business groups through flexible and experiential in-person trainings. The introspective portion of this program occurs in-between meetings. The overall program structure can be scheduled over consecutive days or split into three days of 3-hour sessions with small group breakouts and 1:1 peer accountability over the course of months.
As Kylie Rowe Co. began to expand, the CEO & Founder brought me on board to develop their Immersive In-Person Program for Soccer Shots DMV. Together with the leadership team at Soccer Shots DMV we presented and developed pieces of training with breakout sessions, reflective questions, and journaling activities to drive the program's overall goals for the business.
