What I did

Find unique ways of implementing the L&D curriculum into a valuable training experience, build a community, and develop strategies for sales.

Overview

Kylie Rowe Co. (KRC) is a tech-based leadership development training company that combines experiential and introspective curriculum with modern best practices, developing individuals, and teams anytime-anywhere.

CxLabs is a remote virtual 6-month program designed for like-minded professionals from various industries and organizations who come together to find clarity, strengthen communication, and confidently lead.

This robust program included 1:1 accountability coaching, leadership development skills, and communication practice. In addition, a self-guided session to amplify their voice in personal branding or marketing for business development.

I collaborated alongside the CEO & Founder to enhance the leadership development curriculum by reviewing and providing suggestions that all trainings are up to date with best modern practices. Finally, in the back end of the virtual program,  I developed the entire system on Kajabi to host the training and build the community. During the sales period, I provided copywriting for descriptions, marketing, and communication material, including press releases, infographics, and social media posts

Some Clients were: Greater Nevada Credit Union, Saratoga Casino, Discover Financial Services, Toyota Bountiful Utah, and more.
