Overview

Kylie Rowe Co. (KRC) is a tech-based leadership development training company that combines experiential and introspective curriculum with modern best practices, developing individuals, and teams anytime-anywhere.

KRC's programs develop leadership skills and competency, emphasizing communication, emotional intelligence, and personal and workplace well-being at all levels from the individual, team, and organizational. 

Each program fosters a sense of belonging in a like-minded community or group/team space with open dialogue, meaningful discussion, and small-group or 1:1 break-outs.

Learning sessions involved reflective questions and journaling activities to strengthen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and other soft skills that lead to individual and workplace well-being.

The programs are designed and led by millennial and gen z peers and custom curated to align corporate philosophies with current evidence and best practices that transform workplace culture. They are divided into the following services: CxLabs Virtual Program for Individuals, Custom Virtual Programs for Corporations, Immersive In-Person Programs for Groups, and Public Speaking.

While working with the CEO & Founder, Kylie Rowe, my duties included planning, developing, and implementing monthly communication strategies for their B2C/B2B strategy. In addition, I would find unique ways of improving instructional design systems and consult CEOs and decision-makers accordingly to implement KRC's L&D curriculum into trainings.

Some Clients were: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada, National Association of Commissions for Women, Chamber of Commerce Reno + Sparks, Soccer Shots DMV, Greater Nevada Credit Union, Saratoga Casino, Reno + Tahoe Young Professionals Network, University of Derby, and more.
